Fees & Payment

Clear, straightforward rates with no insurance paperwork and no surprises.

Therapy Fees

A therapy hour is 50 minutes

Payment is received at the beginning of each therapy session.

Individual Therapy

$70 per hour

Couples Therapy

$70 per hour

Family Therapy

$95 per hour

Caudill Counseling Center accepts cash, check and all major credit cards.

Insurance billing

Due to the necessity of submitting a diagnosis to insurance providers, which then becomes part of your permanent record, Caudill Counseling Center does not bill insurance.

However, clients are welcome to file for reimbursement on their own. Shaun Caudill will assist you in doing so.

Why this matters for your privacy

Cancellation policy

Be advised that a 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations, including the initial session. Without proper notice, Caudill Counseling will apply a full-session charge.

Emergencies, however, do arise. Please notify us as soon as possible.

Before your first visit. The Therapist-Client Payment Contract and other intake paperwork can be downloaded and completed ahead of time from the Forms page.
