What You Can Expect

A genuine, gentle, but honest approach to help you work through life's struggles.

Life can feel overwhelming. We all need support and help sometimes. Caudill Counseling Center is here to give a genuine, gentle, but honest approach to help you work through life's struggles.

You may be hurting and searching for hope, or struggling to find a starting point for a new direction in life. Shaun Caudill will offer a compassionate ear when it feels like no one understands, or even just be a sounding board when you are seeking direction.

Caudill Counseling provides traditional therapy focused on mental and emotional health, but can also incorporate spiritual health as well, if you so choose. We will discuss different strategies for you to achieve your goals, working together to determine steps and goals specific to you and your circumstance.

A core belief of Caudill Counseling is that hope can be found in every situation.

An approach built around you

No two people arrive in counseling for the same reason, and no two people should be handed the same plan. Sessions at Caudill Counseling are collaborative — we talk through what brought you here, what you want to be different, and what steps will realistically get you there.

Faith is an option, never a requirement

Because of Shaun's training and background, spiritual care can be woven into your work together if that is meaningful to you. It is offered, not imposed. Many clients come for straightforward mental and emotional health support, and that is entirely welcome.

Therapy is work — but you are not alone in it

Counseling asks something of you. It can be uncomfortable to look honestly at painful things. But the end result can be liberating and satisfying, and many would say it was well worth it. You have what it takes to take the first step.
